David J. De Jong

David J. De Jong is the founding partner of the firm. Mr. De Jong attended Trinity Christian College as an undergraduate. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree (M.D.). from Loyola University of Chicago Stritch School of Medicine in 1975. After practicing as a physician, Mr. De Jong received his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from Northwestern University School of Law in 1980. He is licensed to practice both law and medicine in the State of Illinois, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. He restricts his professional practice exclusively to the law. Mr. De Jong is admitted to practice before the Illinois and Ohio state courts, United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, including the trial bar, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
